Once we receive your specific request for assistance we will issue you with a proposal based on what you have requested including details of all associated costs, timings and payment terms. Once this proposal has been finalized and agreed by you, Barcelona Luxury will then issue with an invoice. At this point you have then agreed to enter into a contractual agreement with Barcelona Luxury and are then liable to pay all fees detailed within the invoice subject of course to the specific terms and conditions which will be detailed in your personal proposal which you would have accepted. The person who has agreed to said proposal is then obliged to pay us all monies due to Barcelona Luxury. If you are contracting us on behalf of yourself and other parties and one of the other parties decide not to proceed with the service, you will be held responsible on their behalf for the full fees and terms and contitions quoted in your personal proposal that you have approved. Approval must be made in writing via email to Barcelona Luxury in order to confirm your approval of our proposal. We endevour to be as flexible as possible and clearly state in each proposal if any of the service providers stipulate a non-refundable clause. If this is the case then in the event of cancelling the contract these fees will be non-refundable. WHEN DOES THE AGREEMENT START? No binding agreement will be in place until you approve of our custom proposal. Approval of the proposal we have made for you must be made in writing and sent to info@barcelonaluxury.com or alfredo@barcelonaluxury.com or alfredo@barcelonaluxury.com which will reference these terms and conditions posted on the www.barcelonaluxury.com website. DEFINITION OF OUR SERVICES We are not a travel agency. We are personal assistants who respond to your specific requests for assistance. Specific terms and conditions of 3rd party service providers are explicitly detailed in your custom proposals. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES To behave at all times in a safe and courteous manner To obey the proper instructions of any supervisor or leader of the 3rd party service being proivided To compensate our 3rd party suppliers for any damage caused by you in the course of an event All venues and event or service providers that we work in conjunction with have the right to refuse entry or eject you for drunkenness, violence, verbal abuse, general bad behaviour etc. THIS INCLUDES YOUR ACCOMMODATION CONDUCT: Please be considerate of others and others’ property. Failure of you or any member of your group to do so will result in immediate ejection from the 3rd party premises or activity without refund. RISK Barcelona Luxury is not responsible for any injury or loss of personal belongings as Barcelona Luxury its self does not directly provide any services. We act soely as your personal assistants. All risk is subject to the terms and conditions of 3rd party suppliers who supply the actual services you will use while you are in Barcelona. CANCELLATION Any cancellation is subject to the terms and conditions provided in your specific proposal provided to you by Barcelona Luxury. Depending on the terms and conditions of the 3rd party service requested the cancellation charges will vary. Please refer directly to the cancellation terms on your service quote. Barcelona Luxury's personal assistance fee is non-refundable. WHAT IF BARCELONA LUXURY CANCELS? Barcelona Luxury does not directly provide any events or services we simply assist you in orchestrating them them thus all cancellations by 3rd party suppliers are beyond our control. In the event that a 3rd party supplier cancels a desired service refunds will be subject entirely to the terms and conditions between you and the 3rd party service provider. We will not be liable for any other losses that you may incur. PAYMENT All payment terms are detailed within your custom proposal. If you do not pay us within the time limits that we specify you may jeopardise our ability to assist you in orchestrating the 3rd party services you wish to contract. If the full payment is not received by the time specified in the proposal, we have the right to treat all or part of the personal assistance request as cancelled and you will be liable for the cancellation charges due to us under this agreement (ie. the Barcelona Luxury personal assistance fee is non-refundable) All 3rd party receipts for services which you have elected to contract as detailed in your personal proposal by Barcelona Luxury will be raised in your name and delivered to you as as part of our assistance to you. CAN YOU REQUEST MORE ASSISTANCE ONCE BARCELONA LUXURY'S HE PROPOSAL HAS BEEN APPROVED? Quite simply yes, depending on the situation and timings we can either modify your propsal to include the extra assistance or simply issue with a second proposal which can then be approved and paid for seperately. FOOTBALL BOOKINGS VIP football tickets are subject to availability.(please endeavor to contact us in advance to avoid disappointment). If you should require non VIP entrance to football matches please note that: No tickets can be obtained for a FC Barcelona home game until the Monday preceding the game. We will always endeavour to buy the tickets on your behalf on the Monday. However, in the unlikely event that tickets are unavailable or sold out, we reserve the right to refund you the money you paid us for the football tickets. We will inform you of this as soon as possible, and will refund you by bank transfer, as soon as we receive your bank details. AGREEMENT If you wish to book with us it is understood that you have read and accept Barcelona Luxury Terms and Conditions. WEBSITE IMAGERY All pictures on the website, or in promotional material, when used as examples of our 3rd party service providers are used only as samples of what they offer. Actual 3rd party events, activities or accommodation may differ from the pictures. NOTES If you accept your custom Barcelona Luxury proposal (which must be done via e-mail as detailed above, it is understood that you have read and accept our Terms and Conditions.
